Villa 1 is an open-air villa, that can be fully enclosed to enjoy air-conditioned comfort.

This Villa has a private swimming pool, 1 large airconditioned bedroom with Cable TV and DVD player and full marble tiled ensuite including freestanding bathtub.

The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen including cooktop, microwave, fridge and wine fridge, as well as all glassware, crockery and cutlery.

A large open-air living area (that can be closed with glass sliding doors) includes air conditioner, lounge, TV, DVD player and a dining area that seats 4 people.
